Character Update Process?

Character Update Process? “You cannot log in until the character update process you recently initiated is complete.” This is the message I get when I try to log in my only character on this Beta server. In an attempt to fix the problem I tried to delete this character and planned on re-copying her. After typing in “DELETE”, I got the same exact error message. It’s been a while since my install and nothing has changed. (She was copied originally for the Alpha testing and was automatically sent to the Beta.) Thanks for any advice.
